Return & Warranty
Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours upon receiving your order if an item received is damaged or has been incorrectly shipped by us.
Your order will be considered as correctly closed without any issues if no attempt has been made to contact us via email or phone for reporting damaged or missing items within 24 hours.
Our return policy is only valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of the products, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging containing all accessory parts.
If the order is eligible for a return, you will be refunded the amount after deducting 15% of your purchase for a restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Your final refund amount will be the amount after 15% restocking fee is deducted. The 15% restocking fee is determined upon the full/original price of the order, the shipping costs and any taxes/fees when applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your your credit card company first as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. Processing times are variable depending on your bank and before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival due to shipping.
Our products are covered with a 2 year manufacturer defect warranty on authentic Vivant products only. Warranty is only valid for authentic Vivant Products bought through us directly or through one of our Authorized Resellers. The 2 years time period starts from the purchase date from the end user. This warranty provides free replacement if an authentic VIVANT product cannot work due to quality problems, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. If the product was bought directly through our website and within the continental U.S., you need to contact our customer service to provide details to proof that product is defective OR you can also send item back to us, we are not responsible for return label.However, in the event the product is considered non-defective, you will be liable for shipping charges to have the item shipped back to you.
1) If products have quality issue within 6 months from purchased date on vivant official website, we will cover shipping for the new item to be sent to you.
2) If order is over 6 months, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for warranty products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This warranty will be void as a result of any of the following conditions:
Customer does not provide original receipt of purchase.
Product failure or damage caused due to improper use or unauthorized repair and alteration.
Product failure or damage caused as a result of excessive force or negligence such as dropping the product.
Product failure or damage caused due to usage with non-VIVANT components like power cables.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
